UK based Sonic Synergy Records release multi-artist collaborative track, “Mitakuye Oyasin”, as their independent label debut featuring John Two-Hawks, Our Echo and Anahata Grant.

The story of  'Mitakuye Oyasin'

Anahata Grant approached Our Echo (a world-travelling ecstatic-dance DJ) and enquired as to whether she had any songs that she would be interested in working together on. Our Echo had the seed of “Mitakuye Oyasin” and together Anahata Grant and Our Echo developed it further together. Anahata Grant thought that it was a good idea to involve a Lakota artist, and discovered John Two-Hawks, who liked the song and was excited to get involved. All artists loved the finished song and are excited to let the song go free into the world, and have it as the first release on Sonic Synergy Records.

Released on November 14th, 2025 'Escape' is taken from the new album titled 'Downfall'.

Ten years after the album 'Thirty', 'Downfall' explores a different kind of collapse. You could call it 'Fourty' - but it's not. Where 'Thirty' processed grief, Downfall explores psychological fragmentation: the weight of accumulated pressure, the urge to disappear far from the social veneer, the feeling of never belonging, a vital need to rebuild...
 
Conceived as a soundtrack to an imaginary film, the album follows someone who abandons everything overnight. But like all Irezumi works, the fiction is a vessel for something real... A need to reconnect with the abyss while keeping enough distance to stay alive.
 
With a different approach than previous albums, these tracks reflect the fractures of a mind in crisis. Each format (CD, vinyl, digital) offers a different fragment of the story, reflecting the confusion at its core. Different paths are taken, but the goal remains the same: to heal.

Playing on M.P.R Ambient is the latest release by Avedul entitled 'Mediodía'.

Looking Through The Window, Pondering And Remembering Echoes Of Nostalgia with Avedul´s new single “MEDIODÍA”.

Avedul is the Project of 21 year old mexican Producer Avdel Alejandro, who after several years of keeping his work private has finally decided to release music under his nickname 'Avedul', a name given to him by his parents when he was just a toddler. Avedul's latest single 'Mediodía', dives into a sonic landscape full of texture in the seeking of the calmness felt when looking through a window.

The song, which originally had a longer title is now just titled 'Mediodía' (which means noon in spanish). It uses a compositional structure which reminds the listener of works from renouned artists within the ambient scene like Brian Eno or Robert Fripp, while also adding more texturized sounds such as field recordings.

Avedul says, "The song was a way to reach a state of contemplation while simultaneously being in one of the most hectic and restless times of my life. During that time I would barely have time to sit around with my guitar and experiment since I was managing two Jobs".

"In short, this song portrays the message of resilience, and hopefully, you as a listener can find your own resilience, remembering that even during the hardest times, there´s a narrow gap where we can all flourish".

This track is part of the 'A Night in the Dark' EP which was written during a stay in the Grand Est, France.

Rusan Algar

Rusan Algar is a versatile music producer whose roots lie in the deep sonic landscapes of Trap, Boom Bap, and Lo-Fi. Born in Switzerland to Portuguese parents, music was practically in his blood. His father was a DJ in the 1980s, and his brother is also a DJ. Music has always been an integral part of his life.

At the age of 12, he took guitar lessons and immersed himself in the world of rock and metal. By 18, he began experimenting with house music, blending electronic sounds with his guitar. But his musical journey was far from over. At 25, he found his true calling in urban genres in Trap, Boom Bap, and Hip-Hop.

Since 2023, he has been deeply immersed in Lo-Fi music, developing a keen sense for warm, nostalgic sounds.

Another fascinating aspect of his work is his deep interest in frequencies. For the past three years, he has been exploring sound therapy and the effects of specific frequencies, particularly 432 Hz, on human consciousness. He skillfully integrates these insights into his productions, creating music that is not only heard but felt.

His years of experience with the guitar and knowledge of piano flow seamlessly into his productions, making his music organic and distinctive. His music is more than just sound.

It’s a journey through different genres, moods, and frequencies. With every beat, every melody, and every note, he continues to write his story, a story of passion, dedication, and innovation.

Tony Sieber

Tony Sieber is a Swiss music producer, composer and guitar player. He spent many years as a rock guitarist. His love for spherical music gave birth to his new style of guitar sounds and synthetic elements. He released a total of twelve albums and collaborated with numerous well-known national and international musicians for his own projects, as a studio musician, sound engineer or producer.

His compositions have been used in films, television programs and live road shows in Switzerland and abroad. With a personal reorientation, a longer creative break of seven years followed. A new phase of life reawakened the irrepressible joy and love for music and challenged the unconventional composer anew.

He masterfully combines his guitar with synthetic elements to create atmospheric and transporting pieces.
