Rusan Algar

Rusan Algar is a versatile music producer whose roots lie in the deep sonic landscapes of Trap, Boom Bap, and Lo-Fi. Born in Switzerland to Portuguese parents, music was practically in his blood. His father was a DJ in the 1980s, and his brother is also a DJ. Music has always been an integral part of his life.

At the age of 12, he took guitar lessons and immersed himself in the world of rock and metal. By 18, he began experimenting with house music, blending electronic sounds with his guitar. But his musical journey was far from over. At 25, he found his true calling in urban genres in Trap, Boom Bap, and Hip-Hop.

Since 2023, he has been deeply immersed in Lo-Fi music, developing a keen sense for warm, nostalgic sounds.

Another fascinating aspect of his work is his deep interest in frequencies. For the past three years, he has been exploring sound therapy and the effects of specific frequencies, particularly 432 Hz, on human consciousness. He skillfully integrates these insights into his productions, creating music that is not only heard but felt.

His years of experience with the guitar and knowledge of piano flow seamlessly into his productions, making his music organic and distinctive.

His music is more than just sound! It’s a journey through different genres, moods, and frequencies. With every beat, every melody, and every note, he continues to write his story, a story of passion, dedication and innovation.

Lowgurt Yonders is a two-city lo-fi duo specializing in nostalgic, layered, and emotionally rich instrumentals. LY’s music blends analog synths, slick guitar lines, and deep textures to create soundscapes that feel familiar yet otherworldly. Whether it is a foggy night drive, a quiet moment alone, or a dream you cannot quite remember, Lowgurt Yonders provides the soundtrack.

The duo grew up together in 1990s Dallas playing music and writing and continue evolving their craft.

Production wizard, synth guru, and knob-fiddler Trevor Williams (Dallas, TX) has a deep history of evolving projects including Painting the Prototype, and his groundbreaking ambient album 5059.

Will Ponton (Denver CO) handles guitars and bass and is known for virtuoso finger work and chord compositions that create melodic ear candy. Together the pair have a special ability to rapidly iterate on musical ideas that become visionary compositions and Lowgurt Yonders holds recording sessions together multiple times a year.

Phlo-osophy - "In the past year or so I have been inspired by indigenous cultures, seeking a primal spirituality that draws a connection to the essence of human spirit all the way through to our connection with the divine. My main trade is architecture and computational design which mostly includes environmental studies yet also sacred geometry and fractal algorithms. Generally I like to think of patterns in music as patterns in space and see very little difference between the two like some philosophers in history, such as Pythagoras or Plato (hence the name Phlo-osophy). This deep study of math and patterns in music also is a deep study in geometry which led me to find books on the flower of life and esoteric geomancy. “The Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life” By Drunvalo Melchizedek talks about the author’s travels to many indigenous cultures, all of them talk about being visited by "Sky People.” 

"Simultaneously my friend returned from a trip to the Amazon jungle. My friend told me about a shaman who was deeply focused on “Sky People” visitations as a part of his spiritual practice and exploration. Either in an Ayahuasca prayer or a dream in sleep or a sober state in the early morning this Shaman claims to see space ships land, fly over the jungle and even communicate or commune with the “Sky People.” It’s consistent across many primal cultures that they receive wisdom and insight with beings from the stars". 

"All this echoed what I had been reading in Voyagers II by Ashayana Deane: a vast narrative about the Sphere of Amenti, the Guardian Alliance, the ancient seeding of Earth, and our lost connection to the 12-strand DNA template of the Angelic Human. According to these teachings, we are all part of a celestial lineage—fragments of Tara and Gaia scattered across time, returning".

"The Sky People is my humble attempt to listen. To tune into the field. To offer a sonic reminder that we are not separate—not from each other, not from the stars, not from Source.
