Following the release of the genre-defying singles Ouverture, Love Inside Me, and Encore, DJ Piscine presents the fourth track from his highly anticipated My Kind Of Game EP. This lush, synth-driven ambient piece served as the guiding inspiration for the entire project. Each time DJ Piscine sat down to craft a track, he began by immersing himself in My Kind Of Game to establish the EP’s unique mood and direction.

The approach has resonated, with the EP receiving glowing praise from industry peers and fellow DJs. My Kind Of Game has naturally become the perfect closing track for DJ Piscine’s electrifying sets at his residencies with Brussels DJ collective echte ra. 2old2Kare, crafts music that draws loose inspiration from 90’s dance, incorporating samples and sounds to infuse depth and atmosphere into the compositions. His affinity for music traces back to an early age, during a time when vinyl and tapes dominated the scene, necessitating weeks of saving pocket money for a single purchase. In his late teens, he managed to accumulate enough funds to acquire a Commodore Amiga, marking the commencement of his electronic music journey. This evolved into a collection of samplers, keyboards, drum machines, and DATs, accompanied by numerous oppy disks and a tangled web of midi cables, all lugged around to various recording studios in London. Persisting for years at considerable personal cost, he found himself unable to fully cover the expenses. Consequently, in his early 20s, upon realising the potential for a stable income in design rather than music, he redirected his focus and never looked back.

The onset of the pandemic prompted him to react to the limited nature of time to achieve dreams and goals and that we realise this too late in life. He tentatively returned to music, initially experimenting with GarageBand, only to discover his continued proficiency. Encouraged by positive feedback on his tracks, he decided to invest in contemporary tools, leading to publication and subsequently becoming part of his artistic history.

2old2Kare prioritises the end listener, ensuring that the lossless sound and high production values make the music enjoyable for casual listening while maintaining excellence on a high-end hi system.

2old2Kare has a singular purpose, which is happiness takes precedence, emphasising the importance of pursuing activities that bring joy and seizing every opportunity to shine.

"EBlo releases “To the stars” taken from the collaborative EP with music producer Billion One.

"To the Stars is a love song” says English music producer EBlo. “Its a familiar feeling but yet something quite unusual and not from this world” EBlo is known as a live visual audio musician and known also for creating beautiful dreamlike videos for his own work plus other artists like Zero 7, Booka Shade and Pablo Bolivar.

Through this piece EBlo takes the listener on a musical journey through a dreamlike, celestial landscape. From the first note, it envelops the listener in a sense of wonder and beauty. The song has an ethereal quality, with lush melodies that evoke feelings of nostalgia and hope. There's a magical energy that radiates throughout, as if it’s guiding you toward something extraordinary. It’s the kind of track that feels both personal and expansive, like it’s inviting you to reach for the stars while reminding you of the beauty and possibilities beyond. This single is the second single from the highly anticipated collaboration between German electronic producer Billion One. Their 5 track EP landed on the 15th November on UK based Threesign records run by well known English music producer, songwriter, singer Max Radford who is also currently touring with UK band Faithless.

In a short span, EBlo has gained both a dedicated audience and a solid body of work since his 2023 debut with UK-based Pegdoll Records, alongside artists like Equador (Henry Binns of Zero 7 and Bo Bruce from "The Voice"), Tiny Leaves, and Billion One.

Since then, he has expanded his reach, releasing music with Sweden's Lamour label and Toronto’s ambient-focused Imaginary North, joining the ranks of respected artists such as Le Code, Kilometre Club, and Bahrambient.

EBlo's music quickly drew attention for its genre-blending sound, which feels at once expansive and intimate. While rooted in chill and ambient music, his soaring melodies seem equally suited for cinematic moments.

With a distinctive combination of piano melodies and evocative synths, pianist-composer Belle Chen's soundworld straddles acoustic and electronic realms. Having experimented with found sound in an extensive crowd-sourced project during the pandemic, and created classical dedications – such as Lullaby for Edward, a tribute to Edward Elgar – Chen's new album Ravel In The Forest is a compelling collection of original music with subtle references to woodland adventures and French impressionism. 

The 2023 recording – Chen's debut release on the Platoon label – sees the composer develop her love for immersive audio, invoking striking images and stirring the imagination through her playful pieces.

Born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Chen grew up in Australia and New Zealand before moving to the UK. She's just as influenced by travel and people as by her classical training, and her music spans multiple genres. In fact, it's difficult to pin-point Chen's style – surely the sign of an interesting artist – which adds a pinch of exciting, biting electronica to the lush, sometimes minimalist melodies, of post-classical pianism. 

Like the French composer whose name is referenced in the new album 'Ravel In The Forest' – Chen gives importance to the space between notes. 'I like how impressionism provides just enough information,' she says, 'My music implies; I like to leave room for the audience to fill in their own lines.'

Now featuring on M.P.R Ambient is the new album by Andrew Lang entitled 'Frailty'.

Releasing: 1st November 2024

‘Frailty’ is the new album by Andrew Lang, a composer and musician from Adelaide, Australia. Frailty represents a new direction for Andrew, departing from his piano-centric neoclassical ambient compositional approach, and instead turning to electric guitars, effects pedals, synths, field recordings and tape machines. The result is a collection of dreamy, blissed-out dronescapes, which maintain the delicate, emotional sensibilities of his past music, while embracing thick, sustained tones and washes of noise.

The track ‘Years & Years’ features a guest saxophone performance by Derek Pascoe, which Andrew ran through a chain of effects to transform and blend into a ringing, reverberating fog of sound. 

Andrew recorded the bulk of Frailty between 2020 and 2022, a time of emotional upheaval for him, due in part to the once-in-a-generation events of that period. This range of emotions, from nostalgia and loss to optimism and joy, is etched into the compositions that make up Frailty.

Released by the 'Perceptual Tapes' label and available as a professionally duplicated cassette tape with printed shell and double-sided j-card. Limited to 50 copies.
