Catabase is the Greek term for the hero's descent into the underworld. Catabase's music digs a tunnel into the depths of the earth, facing different worlds and challenges on the way, with the hope of finding the surface again at the end of the road.
Haunting sounds, cavernous animal voices, heavy minimal electro meeting at times disjointed jazz, all these atmospheres shape a dark yet intimate subterranean journey.
