Slowcraft welcomes HERE to the label with A Quiet Unease, a nuanced seven-track collection of atmospheric electronic ambient.
London-based producer Simon Vince has been making music under various aliases for over 20 years. His label debut finds Vince in newly defined HERE mode, confidently shaping tones and textures with a warm electroacoustic palette underscored by an elegant disquiet.
Tranquility and turmoil both flow freely through drifting melodic strands, choral echoes and nostalgic string swells; all vivid on arrival yet elusive enough to deny serenity or anxiety full dominion.
