Bechara El Khoury presents “MUKTI,” an evocative cinematic instrumental inspired by the raw and instinctive feeling of freedom, now playing on M.P.R Ambient.
Release date: Jul 31, 2026
The word Mukti means liberation ; freedom from what holds you back, and the courage to move forward without looking behind.
The cover art of a wild horse running freely across an open landscape became a natural symbol for that feeling: instinct, strength, movement, and absolute freedom.
“MUKTI” begins with an intimate, atmospheric feeling before gradually expanding into a more powerful and emotional journey. Melodic elements and cinematic textures create a sense of movement, tension, and release, carrying the listener toward a feeling of complete freedom.
There are no lyrics because the story does not need them.
The music is the story!
“MUKTI” is designed to evoke images, emotions, and movement ; a soundtrack for that moment when you finally let go and run toward the unknown.
For Bechara El Khoury, music is about creating an emotional world rather than simply filling a space with sound. With “MUKTI,” that world is one of freedom, instinct, movement, and liberation.
