Returning to M.P.R Ambient, EBlo & Hajime Nakamura present the track 'Kawa no Megumi'.

Release date: Aug 29, 2025
'Kawa no Megumi' is the concluding track from the EP 'Stories of Tall Places' where EBlo and Hajime Nakamura Scale New Heights with this newly released 4-Track EP
'Stories of Tall Places', the new 4-track EP from EBlo and Hajime Nakamura, arrives via Belgian imprint Sound Avenue’s ambient sublabel, Daydreamers. A collaboration steeped in stillness and grandeur, the project unfolds as a sonic journey into reflection and quiet introspection—drawing inspiration from the majesty of mountains and the fearless souls who climb them.
The ascent begins with “The Ascent”, a bold yet contemplative opener that captures the first steps of a climb—full of promise, tinged with apprehension, and steadily rising toward a triumphant peak.
Next comes “Sangaku Pop”, its title derived from the Japanese word for mountains. Playful, swirling tones bend and twist into an ambient pop melody, evoking the surreal landscapes of high-altitude valleys.
At the heart of the collection is “Senganmori”, a mysterious, textured homage to one of Japan’s most enigmatic peaks in Fukushima Prefecture. Long shrouded in UFO lore and otherworldly tales, the track radiates an eerie, mythical energy.
The journey concludes with “Kawa no Megumi” (The Blessings of the River), a flowing, meditative piece that descends from the heights and returns to the valleys below. Like rivers threading through landscapes outside a train window, it leaves the listener grounded and wrapped in a sense of peace.
With Stories of Tall Places, EBlo and Hajime Nakamura offer more than an ambient release—it is a meditation on awe, solitude, and transcendence. A record for wandering minds and open hearts.
